ACTIVITIES

ASTROGUIDE provides specialized stargazing tourism services. Our team is made up of Official Tour Guides and Starlight Monitors duly accredited by the Starlight Foundation.

REGISTRATION

To attend any activity it is necessary pre-registration through the company's official channels.

For our activities there is a maximum number of places. Once these places are filled, no new reservations will be accepted.

CANCELLATION POLICY

ASTROGUIDE reserves the right to cancel activities due to adverse weather conditions (wind, rain, snow, low temperatures, etc.), logistical or force majeure reasons. In this case, and if an alternative date cannot be arranged with the client, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.

If the client decides to cancel their activity more than 24 hours before the start of the activity, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.

If the client cancels less than 24 hours before the start of the activity, the amount paid will not be refunded.

.EVELOPMENT OF THE ACTIVITY

Clients must arrive at the meeting point at the time established for the start of the activity. If the client is late, they must notify the company by calling 0034608454496.

SECURITY MEASURES

ASTROGUIDE designs activities in compliance with appropriate safety measures. We also have Civil Liability and Accident Insurance in the performance of our professional work.

TRANSPORT

Our activities do not have a transportation service. The client must arrive by their own means to the meeting point where the activity will take place.

APPROPRIATE CLOTHING

Our activities take place in the Teide National Park, at an altitude of 2100 metres above sea level. It is very important that clients come to the activity equipped with appropriate clothing and footwear. At this altitude, temperatures can drop below 0ºC. ASTROGUIDE does not provide clothing of any kind.

BASIC RULES OF CONDUCT

For safety reasons, clients must comply at all times with the instructions of the guides responsible for the activity. Failure to comply with the rules by any participant may be grounds for expulsion from the activity without entitling them to a refund of the amount paid.

Registration for the activities offered by ASTROGUIDE implies that the client has read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions that have been updated on January 9, 2025.
